Lyon’s LB aka LABAT has been releasing his distinctive twist on House, Techno and all things in
between over the past decade and in February of this year he inaugurated his new label
Poumpet Records, a platform launched to release a single from the French artist every month
alongside occasional remixes from friends in the industry.

‘Gigi’sees LB aka LABAT seamlessly blend together an amalgamation of choppy string samples,
jazzy keys, hip hop vocal chants and a bouncy bass groove atop a robust MPC drum workout.
